Dorothy Morant millinery delivers packages via royal mail and parcel force.

delivery is guaranteed by 1:00pm the day after we have posted your package and must be signed for upon receipt.

postage and packing within the U.K. is £15;00.

your headpiece will be sent to you in a beautiful hat box.

International shipping costs vary according to destination, size and weight from approximately £30:00 - £70:00. Please contact Dorothy for more information about overseas shipping.

all relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package.

Returns policy

we hope you will be very happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item you must contact Dorothy Morant Millinery within 7 days and return it within 14 days of receipt.

Any returned hats must be unworn, undamaged or marked, with the original labels and packaging in place. Return postage is not included in the refund.

Should your hat arrive damaged, please let us know with in 3 days of receipt so we can make arrangements for a refund. Photographic proof may be needed.

unfortunately we can not offer refunds on hats that have been made to order or customised.
